Russia today is a materialistic society. Sociologists say that a materialistic society is one in which material possessions are important. People are concerned about financial well-being and security or even physical survival. Various hardships, first of all economic, coerced Russians into fighting for survival, caring only about most essential things for life. Such democratic values as, say, inalienable rights are not relevant for discussion among those who do not have money to buy some bread. If someone takes advantage of the right of speech and enjoys it to the full, if this person states his or her disagreement with the bosss point of work on some subject, he or she will be fired immediately and join the army of the unemployed. The unemployed in Russia differ from those in the USA who can live off welfare and sometimes be quite satisfied with their actual status. In Russia unemployment is synonymous with poverty and hopelessness.

These analysts recognize that population growth is not the only cause or our environmental and resource problems. They believe, however, that adding several hundred million more people in MDCs and several billion more in LDSs (less developed countries) will intensify many environmental and social problems by increasing resource use and waste, environmental degradation, rapid climate change, and pollution. To proponents of population regulation, it is unethical for us not to encourage a sharp drop in birth rates and unsustainable forms of resource use to prevent a sharp rise in death rates and human misery and a decrease in Earth's biodiversity in the future. Despite promises about sharing the world's wealth, the gap between the rich and poor has been getting larger since 1960. Proponents of population regulation believe this is caused by a combination of population growth and unwillingness of the wealthy to share the world's wealth and resources more fairly. They call for MDCs to use their economic systems to reward population regulation and sustainable forms of economic growth instead of continuing their unsustainable forms of economic growth and encouraging LDCs to follow this eventually unsustainable and disastrous path for the planet.

Contributing to this shift toward earlier childbearing and the low fertility rate has been Russia's high rate of abortion. The incidence of abortion in Russia is the world's highest. In 1992, there were 225 abortions per 100 births, far exceeding the second highest rate--Romania's--which was 157 per 100 births. Abortion has become Russia's main method of birth control. Abortions are easily obtained free of charge at virtually all clinics, while contraceptives have been unavailable. Despite the procedure's prevalence, it frequently poses health risks for Russian women because it is often performed without proper hygiene or anesthesia. Abortion has also played a role in concentrating women's reproductive activity in early years. Women try to achieve their desired number of children at a young age and then abort subsequent pregnancies without fear of secondary sterility, which often results from frequent abortions. Only in recent years, as the availability of effective contraceptives has increased and the negative effects of abortion have been openly reported by the media, has the number of abortions begun to decline.

С выходом альбома "Breakout" кадровые перестановки продолжились место ветерана команды Джона Райта занял Скотт Кроуфорд. Кроме того гитарную линию решено было усилить Стивом Бруксом (р. 10 декабря 1963) из "Discharge". После успешного германского тура группу покинул Дэйл, передавший свои обязанности коллеге Брукса по "Discharge" Нику Башеллу. Во время тура по Германии в 1990 году был записан концертный альбом "One Helluva Night". Тем временем текучка кадров продолжалась: в 1991-м Башелла сменил Кит Малхолланд, но долго в команде не продержался и передал басуху Майку Томасу. За ударные же в 1992 году уселся Пол Росскроу. Следующими новыми членами "Demon" стали басист Адриан Ллойд и клавишник Гэри Дэйвис. К 1994 году, когда записывался альбом "Welcome To The Real World" команду составляли Хилл, Дэйл, Стив Питт (ударные), Вотерхаус, Пол Джонс (клавишные) и Крис Робинсон (клавишные). Вскоре после выхода первого лонгплея "Speak and Spell" из "DM" ушел основной автор песен Винс Кларк (впоследствии основавший " Yazoo" вместе с Элисон Мойет), и за сочинение композиций принялся Мартин Гор, а на месте Кларка появился Алан Уилдер (р. 1 июня 1959, Англия; синтезатор, вокал, экс-"Dragons", "Hitmen"). Приятная гипнотическая вещица "See You" стала первой демонстрацией чувствительности Гора к мелодиям. Лишь недолго в ранний период их творчества "Depeche mode" потакали вкусам музыкальной прессы, а вообще-то успех группы базировался на их притягательной музыке.

Im Gegensatz zu Weimarer Verfassung, bei der der Reichskanzler und Reichsminister vom Vertrauen des Bundestages abhдngig waren, ist eine Abberufung des Bundeskanzlers durch MiЯtrauenserklдrung des Bundestags so gut wie ausgeschlossen. Der Bundeskanzler kann nur durch „konstruktives MiЯtrauensvotum" abberufen werden, d.h. wenn der Bundestag mit absoluter Mehrheit vorher einen Nachfolger gewдhlt hat.

Jedes Land kann so viele Vertreter in den Bundesrat entsenden, wie es Stimmen hat. Die Zahl der Stimmen richtet sich nach der Bevцlkerung der einzelnen Lдnder: Jedes Land hat minde-stens 3 Stimmen (Hamburg, Bremen, Saarland). Lдnder mit mehr als zwei Millionen Einwohner haben 4 Stimmen (Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz). Lander mit mehr als sechs Millionen Einwohner haben 5 Stimmen (Bayem, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Baden-Wьrttemberg).

Andrey has short, light hair and gray eyes. He is quite short and rather thin. He always manages to be cheerful, energetic and full of life. My friend also reliable, shy and hard-working. He is helpful and honest. Andrey is very popular. He is a helpful person and every time he tries to do her best to help somebody when he has problems. Andrey is very attentive to his parents. Of course, he has some drawbacks - sometimes he is a bit stubborn. But still like him as she has a good sense of humor and pleasant to deal with. We spend much time together - watch video or listen to the music, walk or go to the cafe discussing all sorts of things. Our friendship helps me feel strong and sure of myself. He lives in a old flat in the Lefortovo. It is a three-room flat of a typical block of flats with a lift. His flat is on the fourth floor.

После распада " Twisted sister" Ди Снайдер (р. 15 марта 1955, Нью-Йорк; вокал) недолго раздумывал над тем, чем бы ему заняться. Что еще мог делать фронтмен, как не сколотить новою банду. Новый его проект получил название "Desperado". Коллеги Снайдеру подобрались не менее именитые, чем он сам. Барабанщик Клайв Барр (р. 8 марта 1957) начинал свою деятельность еще в "Samson", а затем прославился в компании с легендарными " Iron maiden". Ирландец Берни Торм начал терзать гитару еще с одиннадцати лет, а первыми его группами были "Scrapyard" и "Bernie Torme Band". Однако известность к нему пришла лишь когда он примкнул к Яну Гиллану в его сольном проекте "Gillan". После этого он развлекался на гастролях в составе " Atomic rooster" и даже был гитаристом у самого Оззи Осборна. Лишь один басист Марк Рассел не успел сделать себе такое же имя как у своих коллег по "Desperado".

Только в 1999 году Ширмер и Сиффрингер смогли наконец-то уладить свои разногласия и возрожденный "Destruction" при участии новенького барабанщика Свена Ворманна с успехом прокатился по европейским фестивалям. Заключив контракт с "Nuclear Blast", группа с продюсером Питером Тогтгреном записала альбом "All Hell Breaks Loose". Как бы продолжение прошлого и ответ на знаменитую "Mad Butcher" на диске присутствовала композиция "The Butcher Strikes Back". Пластинка хорошо продавалась и заняла 67-ю позицию в национальных германских чартах. После ее выхода "Destruction" приняли участие в фестивале, организованном их лейблом "Nuclear Blast Festival" в компании с такими коллективами как " Crematory", "Kataklyzm", "Raise hell". В октябре 2001 года группу покинул ударник Свен Ворманн, а на его место был принят Марк Рейн.

Бельгийский парнишка Том Барман, раньше ничем кроме спорта не интересовавшийся, вдруг обнаружил, что есть более привлекательные вещи, когда услышал музыку " Velvet underground" и "Violent femmes". Вскоре он открыл для себя также Нила Янга и "The pixies" и его обуяло дикое желание создать свою собственную группу. Таким образом в 1991 году появились "Deus", состоявшие из Бармана (вокал, гитара), Джино (бас) и Криса Дэйна (ударные). Сначала ребята выступали прямо на улицах, исполняя каверы вышеупомянутых музыкантов. Затем они стали появляться в антверпенском клубе "The Music Box", в котором постоянно тусовались артисты, художники и прочие творческие личности, впоследствии ставшие поклонниками "Deus". Где-то в этот период Барман познакомился со Стефом Камиом Карленсом (вокал, гитара), игравшим тогда в группе "A Beatband". Ребята сошлись в своих вкусах и стали писать музыку вместе.

Ostdeutschland ist der grte Braunkohlenproduzent der Welt, und das westdeutsche Braunkohlengebiet am unteren Rhein ist auch von grter Bedeutung. In Bayern gibt es groe Vorrte an Graphit, dessen Gewinnu8ng in der Wirtschaft des Landes eine groe Rolle spielt.

За ним последовал и дебютный альбом. Первый его тираж, составлявший 1000 экземпляров был выпущен в белом конверте без названия, зато с подписями членов группы. Пластинки распространялись только либо на концертах, либо по почте. Выпустив еще пару синглов и один EP "Diamond head" наконец-то заключили контракт с фирмой "MCA Records". Тогда же, в 1981 году, коллектив выпустил мини-альбом "Four cuts", включавший в себя новую версию "Shoot Out The Lights". Второй лонгплей, "Borrowed Time", появился в продаже осенью 1982-го. Пластинка заняла 24-ю позицию в британских чартах и получила очень хорошие отзывы в прессе. Тем временем "Diamond head" поучаствовали на фестивале в Ридинге и провели британское турне с выступлениями в таких престижных местах как бирмингемский "Odeon", манчестерский "Apollo" и лондонский "Hammersmith odeon".

Six months before David Copperfieldsbirth, his father died. His aunt, Betsey Trotwood, arrives in Blunderstone onthe night he is born, but immediately gives up all interest in him, as she hadfirmly expected a girl. Peggotty takes himon holiday to Yarmouth, where they stay in an old boat-house with her brother MrPeggotty, his nephew Ham and pretty niece little Emily, and the forlorn widowMrs Gummidge. Davids happiness ends when he returns home to find hismother has re-married. Her new husband, Murdstone, and his sister Jane, driveClara to an early grave with their cruelfirmness. David is sent away to Salem House, a schoolrun by a harsh, cruel headmaster, Creakle. He makes two friends there: theapparently charming Steerforth and the agreeable Traddles. But after hismothers death, he is sent instead to work in Murdstones Londonwarehouse, where he miserably experiences poverty,despair, and loneliness. Helodges with the family of the extraordinary Mr Micawber, whose continualfinancial difficulties lead to his eventual imprisonment fordebt. David decides to run away to his Aunt Betseyin Dover. Penniless and alone, he has to walk all the way. He finds her caringfor Mr Dick, a pleasant simpleton. She is as eccentric as ever, but takes himin, as he had hoped, and dismisses the Murdstones from their responsibility forhim. She also arranges for him to live in Canterbury with her lawyer, MrWickfield, and his lovely daughter, Agnes, and to attend old DoctorStrongs excellent school there. In Canterbury, David also meetsWickfields sinister clerk, the umble Uriah Heep, and renewshis friendship with the Micawbers when they happen to pass throughtown. David grows up, successfully completes hiseducation, and is to spend some time looking about for a career.Passing through London, he happens to meet Steerforth, who takes him tovisithis mother and her ardent companion, Rosa Dartle. David was on his way torevisit Mr Peggotty and his household at Yarmouth, and now takes Steerforth withhim. They find little Emily grown up and engaged to Ham. David meets Dora Spenlow andinstantly falls desperately in love with her. After her birthday picnic, theyare secretly engaged. David returns brieяy to Yarmouth, as Barkisis dying. While he is there, Mr Peggottys household is most unhappilyupset by Emilys running away with Steerforth. Mr Peggotty resolves tofollow her, find her, and bring her back. Mr Spenlowhas learned of his daughters secret engagement, through her companion,Jane Murdstone, and tells Davidhe forbids it. But he dies suddenly that night,and Dora moves to live with her aunts. David is allowed to visit her there.Eventually his hopes are fulfilled and he and Dora are married. Previously, Uriah Heep appeared in London,seeming to have Mr Wickfield in his power, and still hoping, as he has toldDavid, to marry Agnes. After Davids marriage, he returns, and, makesunpleasant suggestions concerning Doctor Strongs young wife Annie and heridle cousinJack Maldon. Doctor Strong denies these, but a shadow falls betweenhim and Annie. With the sensitive help of Mr Dick, the truth is revealed, andthey are reconciled. From Steerforths servant, Littimer,David hears that Steerforth has abandoned Emily. He passes this news on to MrPeggotty, who occasionally returns to London during his quest for his niece.Together, they find her unfortunate friend, Martha Endell, and ask her to helpthem. When Emily returns to London, Martha finds her, and at last sheand MrPeggotty are happily re-united. They decide to emigrate to Australia, takingwith them Mrs Gummidge and, eventually, Martha as well. For some time, Micawber, now working as aclerk for Heep, behaves strangely. Then he calls David and his aunt toCanterbury, and, with his usual great eloquence, accuses Heep of many frauds andcrimes against Mr Wickfield. With the help of the reliable Traddles, Uriah Heepis crushed. Micawber is lent money to ease his financial difficulties; he andhis family accept the suggestion of emigrating. David has become a successful author, andgives up his job as a parliamentary reporter. His marriage to Dora, thoughhappy, is marred because she is so completely impractical. Realising that it isselfish totry to form her mind, David is reconciled and loves herfor herself, but still feels a sense of loss and incompleteness in theirrelationship. Dora loses a child and is afterwards very ill. Her illnesscontinues: she weakens slowly, and dies. David decides to take his grief abroad. Butfirst, he takes a message from Emily to Ham in Yarmouth. He arrives there duringa great storm, and witnesses the drowning of Steerforth in a wreck just off thecoast, and the death of Ham in attempting to rescue him. He breaks the news toMrs Steerforth and Rosa Dartle, but conceals it from Mr Peggotty and Emily. Hesays farewell to them, and to the Micawbers, before they all depart forAustralia. David wanders sadly abroad. His reputation asanovelist grows. He is consoled by a letter from Agnes, and returns to Britainwhere he finds Traddles now practising as a lawyer and happily married at lastto his Sophy. With Traddles, he visits a prison and finds that two of theconvicts are Heep and Littimer. David realises what he had long been blindto: that he has always loved Agnes Wickfield, and that she has always been thelight of his life. His undisciplined heart had led him astray. Nowhe is sure that Agnes is involved with someone else, and decides he must notinterfere. At last this misunderstanding is cleared up. David and Agnes declaretheir mutual love, and are married. Agnes reveals that this was Dorasdying wish. Ten years later, Mr Peggotty returnsfromAustralia, with news of the emigrants, who have all made a success of their newlives. Micawber has even become a magistrate. David remains very happily marriedto Agnes. Aunt Betsey and Peggotty help to look after their children. WithAgnes, David Copperfield has established himself and achieved hishappiness.

Вакансию занял молодой, но талантливый барабанщик Сир Джи (р. 8 мая 1981). Правда, Скелетон кроме стука отвечал за скриминг, и чтобы не лишать группу сей фирменной фишки визжать взялся Волк-Ман. Для усиления эффекта некоторые вокальные партии взял на себя Доктор Пест. В общем, проблему разрешили надлежащим образом, и третий альбом получился вполне качественным. Выпустив "All you need is love", группа провела свое первое полноценное турне, посетив Голландию, Бельгию, Чехию, Австрию, Италию и Швейцарию, не обойдя вниманием и своих соотечественников. Помимо этого "Die apokalyptischen reiter" принимали участие во всевозможных "open air" фестивалях.

Leipzig wurde 1015 als Handwerker- und Kaufmannssiedlung erstmalig erwhnt und seit 1165 als Stadt, ist mit dem Handel gro geworden. In dieser Stadt wird eine Urkunde aus dem 12.Jahrhundert sorgfltig aufbewahrt. In ihr heit es, da Leipzig das Stadtrecht erhlt, weil dort Mrkte durchgefhrt wurden. Die kaiserischen Privilegen von 1497 und 1507 hoben die Messen in den Rang von Reichstagsmessen. Noch heute gilt die Leipziger Messe weltweit als “Muster der Messen”.

“Bei meiner Ankunft zählte das Gebiet Slonim etwa 25000 Juden, davon allein in der Stadt Slonim etwa 16000, also über zwei Drittel der gesamten Stadtbevölkerung. Ein Ghetto einzurichten war unmöglich, da weder Stacheldraht noch Bewachungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren. Daher traf ich von vornherein Vorbereitungen für eine künftige grössere Aktion. Zunächts wurde die Enteignung durchgeführt und mit dem anfallenden Mobiliar und Gerät sämtliche deutsche Dienststellen, einschliesslich Wehrmachtquartiere, ausgestattet und so weit grosszügige Hilfeleistung bei anderen Gebieten gestellt, dass jetzt beim Anwachsen aller Dienststellen bei mir selbst Mangel herrscht. Für Deutsche unbrauchbares Zeug wurde der Stadt zum Verkauf an die Bevölkerung freigegeben und der Erlös der Amtskasse zugefürt. Dann folgte eine genaue Erfassung der Juden nach Zahl, Alter und Beruf, eine Herausziehung aller Handwerker und Facharbeiter, ihre Kenntlichmachung durch Ausweise und gesonderte Unterbringung. Die vom SD am 13.11. durchgefürte Aktion befreite mich von unnötigen Fressern; und die jetzt vorhandenen etwa 7000 Juden in der Stadt Slonim sind sämtlich in den Arbeitsprozess eingespannt, arbeiten willig aufgrund ständiger Todesangst und werden im Frühjahr genauestens für eine weitere Verminderung überprüft und aussortiert. Das flache Land wurde eine Zeitlang grosszügig von der Wehrmacht gesäubert; leider nur in Orten unter eintausend Einwohnern. In den Rayonstädten wird nach der Durchführung der hilfsarbeiten für die West-Ost-Bewegung das Judentum bis auf die notwendigsten Handwerker und Facharbeiter ausgemerzt werden. Da die Wehrmacht nicht mehr bereit ist, Aktionen auf dem flachen Lande durchzuführen, werde ich die gesamten Juden des Gebietes in zwei oder drei Rayonstädten zusammenfassen, nur in geschlossen Arbeitskolonnen einsetzen, um damit endgültig Schleichhandel und Partisanenunterstützung durch Juden auszurotten. Die besten Fachkräfte unter den Juden müssen unter Aufsicht in meinen Handwerkerschulen ihre Kunst intelligenten Lehrlingen weitergeben, um einmal den Juden auch im Handwerk entbehrlich zu machen und auszuschalten”.
