Course objective is an acquaintance of students with history of origin and development of education, school, pedagogical views, theories and systems, during the evolution of human society in different historical periods; forming of historically-pedagogical thought as an important component of general and professional culture of specialist; forming of possibility to forecast perspectives of further development of pedagogical science and practice; mastering of the best standards of honest service to the professional duty, love and respect to the child.

"History of pedagogics" course forms next competenses: social is ability to undertake responsibility for the results of studies; communicative is a mastering of intercourse different technologies; social and


informational is possessing of information technologies; cognitive is ability to acquire individual new knowledge and abilities; special is preparedness to independent implementation of professional actions.

Course objective is forming for the students the systems of legal knowledge in the sphere of social welfare, adequate to their abilities and skills, and also possibility is given:

– to orientate in basic operating legislative acts, conceptions and directions of development of this field of law, to know and be able to give descriptions and estimations of the conceptual issues, basic language,fundamentals of directions of right for social welfare;

– to have a notion about the mechanism of activity of the field of right for social welfare, about subject and object, place and importance of right for social welfare in life of the state and civil society;

– to be able to select the theoretical and applied components of this field of law, realize their role and functions in training and acceptance social workers;

– to realise basic directions of development of legal relations in the field of social welfare, their influence on development of public and socio-economic relations in the state, influence on the status of socially unprotected stratas of population, their role in society;

– to master the skills of legal culture, ability to apply legal knowledge in professional and social activity.

8. Course objective (in terms of studying results and competencies).

In consideration of possibility of institution of the family in the social organization of the society, increase of economic and educational role, “Family Law” course must secure the students’ mastering of legal rules of marriage-family laws of Ukraine and the skills to use them in solution of specific life situations in further professional activity as social workers and in private life as citizens.

As a result of “Family Law” course learning the student must master the main concepts of Family Law, content and mechanisms of functioning of such institutes as family legal relations, marriage, private non-property and property rights, husband and wife’s, parents and children’s, other family members’ responsibilities, guardianship and solicitude, adoption, children protection.
