Labour Law is one of the most important fields of Ukraine’s law.

“Labour Law” course is aimed at faculty students’ mastering of all necessary knowledge and skills of problems of Ukraine Labour Law and also applied norms of Ukraine International Labour Law; presentation of full necessary information about Labour Law and mastering of necessary knowledge minimum about all institutions of Labour Law.

Course’s tasks are students’ mastering of methodology of determination of theoretical and applied questions of Labour Law including special methods of work with normative material especially analysis of numerous and various sources of Ukraine Law, their comparison, interpretation, explanation, clarification of tendencies in their development, finding of their positive and negative characteristics.
