^ The objections of the course (in terms of learning outcomes and competence).

The aim of the course is providing students with the necessary knowledge of the scientific, organizational and methodological principles of partnerships with clients as objects of social work as well as with representatives of government agencies and social organizations as agents of social work to prevent or solve social problems. The objective of this course is to teach the theoretical basics and create skills for building partnerships with | different types of public institutions and organizations. As a result of learning the discipline the student should know: > The basic concepts of the theory of organizations; > Role of the partnership process and acceptability in different situations; > Model of partnership, dialogue and mediation. The student should be able to: > Use the basic forms of social worker in working with organizations to achieve results; > Establish partnerships through mediation and dialogue; > To prevent and resolve conflict situations.
