2. Analytical reference (description of the system of planning and organization of work of social service or social and pedagogical service of educational establishment). (maximal amount of marks-15) Algorithm of analytical reference: 1. Name of organization. 2.Address, telephone number. 3.Historical reference (year and pre-conditions of creation, initiators and founders, basic stages of becoming or reorganization). 4.Form of property. 5.Source of financing of social and pedagogical (social work). 6. Planning technologies of social and pedagogical (social work). 7. Organization of management and realization of the planned work 8. Fundraising System(search of resources ) 9. Monitoring of realization of planned work 10. Reporting and analysis system of the planned work 11.Normative base of activity.(with a concrete list of legislative acts) 12.Tasks and functions of service.
