The purpose of orchestral music in class institute of higher education - preparing students to work in professional orchestras of folk instruments. Pursuant to the requirements of modernity, a musician must be highly skilled and educated specialist, deeply understand the social value of their profession, to promote the best in music.

During training in orchestra class, students must learn to apply in practice (in the orchestra) music and performance skills acquired in class specialty, conducting, orchestration and reading scores.
