The Caucasian claim in State Duma III: the collision of fractions (1907-1912) Summary: The article deals with the Caucasus inquiry, introduced by the fractions of the right in the III State Duma in 1907-1912. The inquiry contains the accusation of the Caucasus governor-general Vorontzov-Dolzhnikov in conniving to local separatists and terrorists. The fight of the fraction of the rights, cadets, social-democrats and positions of the Cossack groups are researched. Authors’ analysis of current situation in public-private partnership helps to suggest some law and establishment conditions necessary for its realization. On the issue of making managerial decisions on the assessment of eco – friendliness of agricultural products Biochemical peculiarities of elements of the behavior of chemical elements , spring barley in particular, are considered.
