Однако это издание в музыкальном плане уступало предыдущим релизам, и разочарованный Эрик Дэниелс подался в "Eternal solstice", а "Асфикс" остался лежать в руинах. Возродить группу решили Луманнс и Багчус, которые в 1996 году на "Century media" добились издания "Embrace the death", куда включили пару дополнительных треков. Вместе с гитаристом Ронни ван дер Веем музыканты записали новый альбом, "God cries", но не удовлетворенные результатом вновь разбрелись в разные стороны. В 1998-м Багчус и Дэниелс вновь решили поиграть вместе, но на этот раз они скрылись под вывеской "Soulburn". Роль басиста и вокалиста отдали Уоннсу Габбелсу из "Pentacle", с которым был записан альбом "Feeding On Angels".

Положение было исправлено с выходом синглов "Along Comes Mary" (№ 7) и "Cherish" (№ 1). Запись этих композиций производилась следующим образом: все вокальные партии писались в одной студии, а затем в другой Киркман и Александр с помощью сессионщиков накладывали на них инструментальные треки. Таким же макаром был создан и дебютный альбом "Ассоциации". Лейбл, увидев коммерческий успех группы, заставил музыкантов поторопиться с очередными работами. Однако спешка не привела к желаемым результатам: сингл "Pandora's Golden Heebie Jeebies" добрался в чартах только до 35-й позиции, а "No Fair At All" вообще провалился. Как часто бывает в подобных случаях, начались персональные проблемы, следствием которых стал уход Александра.

Scientists divide asteroids into two groups, based on how they appear in infrared images: light and dark. The lightest-looking asteroids are rocky bodies with lots of iron and nickel, and they resemble lunar rocks. The darkest asteroids have high quantities of hydrated minerals and carbon. In the early days of the solar system (some 4.6 billion years ago) asteroids had metallic cores, middle regions of stone and iron, and surfaces of stone. Over time, many of them collided with others and broke apart. The fragments, which became many of today's asteroids, are therefore classified as irons, stony-irons or stony.

During the Asuka and Nara periods, so named because the seat of Japanese government was located in the Asuka Valley from 552 to 710 and in the city of Nara until 784, the first significant invasion by Asian continental culture took place in Japan. The transmission of Buddhism provided the initial impetus for contacts between Korea, China, and Japan, and the Japanese recognized facets of Chinese culture that could profitably be incorporated into their own: a system for converting ideas and sounds into writing; historiography; complex theories of government, such as an effective bureaucracy; and, most important for the arts, advanced technology, new building techniques, more advanced methods of casting in bronze, and new techniques and mediums for painting.

He wrote a prescription for a gargle and cough medicine. Also he gave me some sulfa pills, a slip for x-ray and blood examination. He prescribed cups and mustard plasters. The prescription, which the doctor left, was made up at the chemist's. I followed all the doctor's instructions and very soon I felt much better. In 10 days I fully recovered and resumed my studies.

В 1995 году музыканты сменили лейбл на "Earache Records". На нем была записана очередная пластинка, "Slaughter Of The Soul". В один из треков, "Cold", внес свою лепту гитарист " King Diamond" Энди Ла Рок. Примерно в это же время "At the gates" поучаствовали в записи трибьютного альбома " Slayer", исполнив "Captor Of Sin". Альбом же "Slaughter Of The Soul" получился самым мелодичным в дискографии коллектива. Агрессивное звучание пошло на убыль, местами появились клавишные, но все это не отвернуло от группы поклонников и музыкальные издания. И те и другие были в восторге. Продажи у этого диска были самые большие, но несмотря на все это, в 1996 году "At the gates" были распущены. Перед этим состоялись два американских тура с "Morbid angel" и " Napalm death".

We left our coats in the cloak-room and bought a program from the usher to see what the cast was. I remember we were glad to see that Ulanova was dancing the main part. When we came into the hall the orchestra were tuning in their instruments. We found our seats which were in the stalls and went exploring the theatre. My mother showed me the boxes, the pit, the dress-circle, the tiers and balconies. At 12 sharp the lights went down. The conductor appeared and the overture began. After the overture the curtain went up. I was in raptures at what I saw on the stage. I have never seen anything more wonderful. The scenery and the dancing were superb. The ballet seemed to me a fairy-tale. When the last curtain fell, the house burst out into applause. I applauded so much, that my hands ached. The cries of encore sounded all over the theatre. The dancers got many curtain calls and were presented with many flowers. The performance was a great success with the public. It was one of my brightest memories.

Последователи легендарного шведа Ингви Мальмстина "At vance" собрались вместе в 1998 году. Зачинателями проекта были виртуоз гитары Олаф Ленк (р. 15 ноября 1967), прославившийся в таких бандах как "Velvet viper", "Centers", "Zed Yago" и его бывший коллега по "Centers" вокалист Оливер Хартманн. Состав доукомплектовали Ули Мюллер (клавишные), Райналд Кониг (р. 15 сентября 1970; бас) и молодой барабанщик Спуни. Записав пару демок, команда заключила контракт с лейблом "Shark records". Осенью 1999-го на этой фирме вышел дебютный альбом, "No escape". Качественный мелодичный металл в духе Мальмстина таил в себе пару интересных моментов: одну обработку темы Вивальди "Лето" и кавер незабвенной " Abba" "Money, money".

Atomic bombs have been designed by students, but their actual construction is a complex industrial process. Practical fissionable nuclei for atomic bombs are the isotopes uranium-235 and plutonium-239, which are capable of undergoing chain reaction . If the mass of the fissionable material exceeds the critical mass (a few pounds), the chain reaction multiplies rapidly into an uncontrollable release of energy. An atomic bomb is detonated by bringing together very rapidly (e.g., by means of a chemical explosive) two subcritical masses of fissionable material, the combined mass exceeding the critical mass. An atomic bomb explosion produces, in addition to the shock wave accompanying any explosion, intense neutron and gamma radiation, both of which are very damaging to living tissue. The neighborhood of the explosion becomes contaminated with radioactive fission products. Some radioactive products are borne into the upper atmosphere as dust or gas and may subsequently be deposited partially decayed as radioactive fallout far from the site of the explosion.

Альбом "The Death Walks Behind You" на восемь недель завис на двенадцатом месте в английских чартах, а выпущенный в начале 1971 года сингл "Tomorrow Night"/"Play The Game" достиг одиннадцатого места, где находился целых три месяца. Но самый большой успех ждал их с синглом "The Devil's Answer"/"The Rock", поднявшимся до четвертой строчки британских хит-парадов и занимавшего эту позицию тринадцать недель. В 1972-м к "Atomic rooster" присоединился вокалист Пит Френч, и в этом составе "Петухи" выпустили 3-й альбом, "In hearing of...". Этот диск до сих пор считается лучшей работой группы. Коллектив опять отправился на американские гастроли, но вскоре в результате внутренних проблем опять произошла смена состава. Френч ушел в "Cactus", а Хэммонд и Канн основали хард-роковый проект "Hard stuff". Новым вокалистом группы стал Крис Фарлоу. В состав команды также вошли гитарист Стив Болтон и ударник Рик Парнелл.

В начале 1983 года "Atomkraft" вновь оказались в знакомой студии и записали пару треков, "Total metal" и "Death valley". На этот раз результат был значительно лучше, поскольку на свет появились вполне качественные металлические композиции. Уайт подогнал демку своему знакомому из Сан-Франциско Сэму Крессу. Сэм работал в "Neat records", а также был владельцем журнала "Whiplash", в котором и пообещал разместить информацию о группе. К сожалению, в конце 1983-го в "Atomkraft" начались разногласия, что послужило причиной ухода Стива. Раздосадованный Тони уехал в Канаду, а спустя некоторое время к нему присоединился и Пол. Там парни увидели обещанную статью в журнале, где название их группы соседствовало с " Venom", " Raven", " Metallica", " Anthrax" и " Megadeth". Вдохновленные музыканты вновь начали сочинять материал, а в 1984-м вернулись в Англию.

Die Besetzung der Gerichte der einzelnen Gerichtsbarkeiten ist sehr unter-scniedlich. Ganz allgemein und ьberwiegend entscheiden die Gerichte durch kollegial zusammengesetzte Spruchkцrper, der Einzelrichter (Berufsrichter) ist systematisch die Ausnahme. Innerhalb der kollegialen Spruchkцrper ist zwischen Berufsrichtern und ehrenamtlichen Richtem zu unterscheiden. Die Berufsrichter sind hauptberuflich tдtig, und zwar in der Regel im Status des Richters auf Lebenszeit. Einzelrichter (stets Berufsrichter sind vor allem beim Amtsgericht tдtig (§22 GVG), und zwar in bьrgerlichen Streitigkeiten wie in Familiensachen uneingeschrдnkt, in Strafsachen nur in Angelegenheiten von geringerer Bedeutung. Das Landgericht entscheidet in Zivilsachen grundsдtzlich als Kollegialgericht.

Berlin entstand Anfang des 14. Jahrhunderts aus zwei Fischerdrfern an der Spree, aus Berlin und Clln. Bis zum 17. Jahrhundert aber spielte Berlin keine groe Rolle. Die Stadt nahm unter Friedrich Wilhelm I., dem Groen Kurfrsten, einen krftigen Aufschwung. Die Stadt wurde mit einer Mauer umgeben. Die Mauer hatte 15 Tore. Eine schnelle industrielle Entwicklung der Stadt begann aber erst seit Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts.

1893 kam Lenin nach Petersburg, dem politischen Zentrum Rulands, wo er zum Fhrer der Petersburger Marxisten wurde. Am 25. April 1895 fuhr er als Vertreter der Petersburger Sozialdemokraten in die Schweiz, wo er die Gelegenheit hatte, Plechanow und andere russische Marxisten kennenzulernen. Durch die Vereinigung aller marxistischen Zirkel und durch die Schaffung der ersten revolutionren marxistischen Zeitung “Iskra” bereitete Lenin die Bildung einer selbstndigen proletarischen politischen Partei vor.

The 18 passengers and 36 crew on the iron-hulled clipper Loch Ard had a party on the night of March 31, 1878, to celebrate their arrival in Melbourne the next day after a three month voyage from England. But Captain Gibb stayed on deck all night, worried by the thick mist that obscured the horizon and Cape Otway light. At 4am the mist lifted and the lookout cried: "Breakers ahead." Despite desperate attempts to turn the ship away -- and then to hold it with its anchors -- it struck rocks. water flooded in, the masts flailed against the high cliff face before crashing down and waves swept across the decks, hampering attempts to get the lifeboats into the water. Only two survived -- ship's apprentice Tom Pearce and Eva Carmichael, both aged 18. Eva's parents and five siblings were lost. Tom drifted into the gorge where he saw passenger Eva clinging to a mast -- he swam out, pulled her into a cave and found some brandy in the wreckage to revive her. He climbed out of the gorge and came upon two stockmen, and a rescue party was organised. But only four bodies -- including Eva's mother and sister, were able to be recovered from the treacherous seas and most of the ship's valuable cargo was lost or looted. Tom Pearce became a national hero for his rescue of Eva, who soon returned to Ireland.

Однако Чак в свойственной ему манере после записи пластинки разогнал свою команду и Крис временно остался не у дел. Однако его молодому организму требовался выход энергии, и Рейферт решил замутить свой собственный проект. Обозвав свое детище "Autopsy", он привлек к делу гитаристов Дэнни Корралеса и Эрика Катлера, а обязанности вокалиста Крис взял на себя. В 1987-м было записано первое демо из четырех треков "Human Genocide", " Embalmed", " Stillborn", " Mauled To Death". В музыкальном плане демка напоминала творчество " Death". На следующий год последовала еще одна, "Critical Madness", выдержанная в таком же духе.

Пластинка представляла собой прекрасный набор композиций, соединивший динамизм группы и хорошую продюсерскую работу Арифа Мардина. Оригинальная инструментальная вещица "Pick Up The Pieces" вошла как в британский, так и в американский Топ 10. Сам "AWB" также занял хорошие позиции в штатовских чартов. К сожалению, эйфория успеха была скомкана смертью Макинтоша, скончавшегося из-за передозировки героина. На третьем диске место за ударной установкой занял бывший участник "Bloodstone" Стив Феррон. "Cut The Cake" породил еще несколько хитов, прорвавшихся в чарты, но последующие релизы, несмотря на хорошее качество работы, не могли добиться коммерческого успеха. Интересен тот факт, что "Average white band" пользовались популярностью и у чернокожего населения. А альбом 1977 года "Benny & Us" был записан с одним из известнейших исполнителей "черной" музыки Беном Кингом.
280. Axe

Серьезный прорыв "Axe" совершили в 1982 году, выбросив на рынок пластину "Offering". Этот релиз включал в себя кавер "I Got The Fire" от "Montrose", а также пару хитовых вещей "Now Or Never" и "Rock and Roll Party In the Streets". Последняя композиция достигла 59-й строчки в чартах "Billboard" среди наиболее часто звучавших в эфире песен. Кроме этой песни, ставшей национальным рок-гимном, несколько других треков с "Offering" также попали в тяжелую ротацию на крупных штатовских станциях. Добившись хорошей популярности у себя на родине, "Axe" отправились в полуторагодовое мировое турне, в течение которого переиграли со многими известными рокерами, такими как Оззи Осборн, " Judas Priest", " Scorpions", " ZZ Top", " Iron maiden" и " Motley Crue". Особенно тепло группу принимали в Европе и Австралии.
