Аналитики не верят, что Обама остановил рецессию экономики США
По мнению экономистов, вероятность наступления новой рецессии в США в ближайший год составляет 33%. Аналитики сомневаются, что Федеральная резервная система может каким-либо образом изменить эту ситуацию, утверждает The Wall Street Journal.
Мало этого, 15% опрошенных изданием специалистов уверены, что экономика США уже вступила в рецессию.
Нынешняя оценка вероятности новой рецессии в США является самой высокой с момента выхода страны из предыдущего спада, кроме того, она на 4 процентных пункта выше уровня, зафиксированного предыдущим, августовским опросом.
Экономисты также в среднем понизили прогноз роста ВВП США в будущем году до менее чем 2,5%.
Президент США Барак Обама на этой неделе заявил телеканалу Эн-би-си, что его администрации удалось стабилизировать экономику страны.
"Мы смогли стабилизировать экономику, и это огромное достижение, — заявил глава государства. — Но это еще не все. Самое важное сейчас — вернуть американцам рабочие места".
Обама отметил, что разработанный им "Законопроект о создании рабочих мест в Америке" ( на общую сумму $447 млрд) является ключевым элементом плана по улучшению финансово-экономической ситуации в стране. "Этот пакет мер купит нам страховку от второй волны рецессии, поможет росту экономики и вернет людям работу, — сказал президент. — Это именно то, чего американцы ждут уже сегодня.

Eurozone delays €12bn loan for Greece

However, the move by finance ministers to delay commitment to the payment could sow more uncertainty in financial markets where the euro was weaker on Monday morning. Greece needs the €12bn tranche or it will default on its sovereign debt in mid-July, and senior European Union officials had signalled the emergency meeting of ministers, who gathered in Luxembourg explicitly to debate Greece’s debt woes, would produce a firm promise to disburse the aid.
Instead, Jean-Claude Juncker, the Luxembourg prime minister who chairs the 17-member group of euro members, said no commitment would be forthcoming until Greece acted.
“We have to wait for the final approval of the programme on which Greece reached agreement with its European partners,” Mr Junker said after the meeting broke up in the early hours on Monday. “As the vote by the Greek parliament has been fixed for the end of June, we cannot make an engagement without knowing if the Greek parliament ... endorses the commitments made by Greece.”
The single currency was under pressure on Monday after the failure to agree to the funds disbursement overnight. Yields on Spanish and Italian bonds were also widening against German Bunds amid the uncertainty.
Even if Greece receives the €12bn in the coming weeks to prevent a default in July, the finance ministers acknowledged Athens will require a new bail-out to ensure the country will not default early next year.
There were signs that the bitter fight over that new bail-out, expected to amount to €120bn, was subsiding. Germany and some of its northern allies have been pushing for the new rescue to include measures pressuring private bondholders to swap their current holdings for new bonds that would not be repaid for seven years.
Instead, in a statement issued at the end of their meeting, the ministers said they had agreed to a more voluntary programme where bondholders would be urged to buy new, longer-maturing Greek bonds once their current holdings expire, rather than cashing out.
The statement said ministers would meet again in early July to discuss details of the new financing programme.
