В Вашей статье от 01.04.2011 г. «Президентские выборы в Казахстане» Вы пишите о том, что казахстанским спецслужбам не один раз было поручено организовать похищение бывшего посла Казахстана в Австрии, Рахата Алиева. Однако это, как официально установили независимые австрийские судебные органы, не соответствует действительности. Рахат Алиев заявлял о двух подобных попытках похищения, чтобы предотвратить свою экстрадицию в Казахстан. Обвиняемые им лица в попытке похищения в обоих случаях были полностью оправданы австрийским судом. Искусственно создаваемый Алиевым ажиотаж в СМИ путем фабрикации поддельных документов преследует единственную цель – максимально политизировать предъявляемые обвинения во избежание экстрадиции его в Казахстан и уголовного преследования со стороны австрийских правоохранительных органов.

Далее Вы утверждаете, что в Казахстане люди не могут рассчитывать на справедливое судебное разбирательство. Ваши необоснованные инсинуации были также опровергнуты Европейским судом по правам человека. Так в решении Европейского суда от 10 февраля 2011 года указано, что «нет никаких признаков того, что ситуация с правами человека в Казахстане настолько опасна, чтобы оправдать решение о запрещении выдачи граждан другого государства». Напротив, со ссылкой на многочисленные международные отчеты (в т.ч. ООН) Европейский суд подтверждает, что Казахстан достиг значительных успехов в области прав человека и таким образом считает возможной экстрадицию обвиняемого лица из Украины в Казахстан (Европейский суд по правам человека, заявление №12343/10).

Республика Казахстан является сторонником демократии, свободы и прав человека согласно европейским стандартам и именно в последние месяцы предприняла многочисленные инициативы, чтобы закрепить данные ценности в правовой системе Казахстана.

В рамках программы НАТО «Партнерство ради мира» в Австрии проходят военные учения «Викинг 2011».

Участники программы при помощи специальных компьютерных сетей отрабатывают поведение военнослужащих в ходе миротворческих операций и методы реагирования в кризисных ситуациях. В учениях принимают участие две тысячи двести военных из двадцати четырех стран, в том числе из Казахстана. Командные штабы находятся в Грузии, Австрии, Германии, Ирландии и в Украине.

These were days gave our best effort we the Jordanian delegation in monitoring electoral sites, and transparent and closed polls, and its specifications which are subject to international standards, to note the nature and the flow of voters on the sites allocated to them, and the legitimacy of the electoral forms and put the names of the candidates in clear way with the pens of the voters, and many of the detailed points and issues that chased the observer and is interested in, all in the glittering capital Astana, and in the surrounding areas. We were sure of the transparency of these elections, and the steps legitimacy that have been taken by the Central Election Commission, relevant ministries and institutions, which was witnessed closely by the observers and journalists from different countries and continents, international and regional organizations including the Organization of Islamic Conference, which sent a specialist delegation, in addition to independent figures came to Kazakhstan at their own expense.

It was expected the victory of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, again, against other candidates for another term, because he is the heaviest among them in national productivity and because he is the leader experienced by popular and trusted locally, so why with this situation to change him ?. Nazarbayev established an island of stability, relative prosperity and peace between the races, in an area occupied by the powerful competing countries, and a region known with its major troubles, borders, terrorism, economic and other, that worry the most powerful political leaders, in spite of that country gained bust independence, and become a lady par excellence, and feared side in the complex regional and international circumstances. It got out of the womb of hard suffering and nothing in record time, after the collapse union structurally and ideologically, and the frightening economic social and political decline that overshadowed sister Republics at the time, so the first founder and savior who enjoys charismatic tyrant introduced so much to his nation and nationalities, he insisted with his cleverness, far vision and his knowledge and dedication, to devote Kazakhstan as modern state actually not in words, civilized and a leader in its territory, he installed it on the road to of safest development and best to the moment, which was disliked by other powers, which of them are retro and extremist in the region and the world, designed usually to the acquisition of the hearts of the people with it usual ideologies , and after shackling people with the of ignorance, fear and poverty diseases, which are viruses forgotten in Kazakhstan the example a long time ago ..

Guest on the country, even in its extreme cold, during its waves rash of snow, touching how people agreed on the common behaviors to provide tranquility, security and love for each foreigner, so what you think if its Arabic tongue which half the Kazakh vocabulary Exactly like ! .
