KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 (Bernama) -- Kazakhstan is offering a seven per cent interest rate subsidy to Malaysian investors interested in investing in the country, International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said.

The interest rate in the central Asian country at present is 14 per cent.

He said among the areas that might catch the interest of Malaysian investors is the manufacturing and construction sectors.

"They (Kazakhstan) have enjoyed a high growth rate and experienced a rapid transformation in the past decade and this includes the infrastructure and new township developments," he told reporters after receiving a visit from Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister, Yerbol Orynbayev here Friday.

He said Kazakhstan was eager to learn from Malaysia's success in attracting foreign direct investments as well increase bilateral trade between the two countries.

According to Mustapa, Kazakhstan is interested in importing Malaysian shrimps as well as agriculture products.

It is also keen on exporting beef to Malaysia.

Last year, bilateral trade between Malaysia and Kazakhstan amounted to RM345.52 million, an increase of 307.8 per cent from the RM92.54 million recorded in 2009.

Внеочередные президентские выборы в Казахстане не повлияют на стремление страны развивать взаимовыгодные отношения со своими партнерами в рамках межгосударственных интеграционных структур, заявил журналистам во вторник в Минске посол Казахстана в Беларуси Анатолий Смирнов.

"Казахстан подтверждает свою приверженность Таможенному союзу с Беларусью и Россией, развитию сотрудничества в рамках СНГ, укреплению диалога между Западом и исламским миром", - отметил А.Смирнов.

Дипломат отмечает позитивную динамику развития отношений Казахстана и Беларуси, чему во многом способствует и Таможенный союз. "Товарооборот уже увеличился в 2,2 раза по сравнению с соответствующим периодом прошлого года", - сказал А.Смирнов.

Посол считает успешной реализацию совместных проектов, в первую очередь на территории Казахстана, где работают 86 СП. "К сожалению, крупного казахстанского бизнеса в Беларуси пока нет", - заявил А.Смирнов. "Казахстан - страна с рыночной экономикой и поэтому отношения здесь несколько другие. Есть вопросы, которые требуют (в Беларуси - ИФ) долгого обсуждения и решения, что затягивает сроки реализации проектов", - отметил посол Казахстана.

А.Смирнов считает возможным реализацию проекта по поставкам казахстанской нефти в Беларусь в рамках ЕЭП. "Сегодня белорусской стороной разработан проект соглашения по сотрудничеству в области поставок нефти. Он находится у казахстанской стороны, рассматривается", - сказал А.Смирнов. По его словам, "решение этого вопроса возможно со следующего года", - заявил посол Казахстана в Минске.

Sponsored by HRH Princess Rahma Bint El Hassan in Al Hussein Cultural Center on the evening of Monday, is the concert for the Kazakh National University of Arts orchestra on the occasion of the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the independence of Kazakhstan and the choice of Kazakhstan as the President of the Organization of Islamic Conference this year.

The concert which was attended by Kazakh Ambassador to Amman , a number of members of the diplomatic corps as well as many interested citizens and members of the community of Kazakhstan characterized with that unique diversity in the area of sound coming from the different kinds of symphony orchestra tools , stringed and rhythmic and the players presented brilliantly a wealth of melodies and tones gradient, whether played collectively or individually.

The concert included the pieces of a variety of classical music and Kazakh folklore, as well as solo playing on the violin by the President of the University Aiman Mussakhajayeva

It is noteworthy that a group of Kazakhs musicians and artists are currently on a visit to the capital Amman as part of a program of cultural and artistic cooperation between Jordan and Kazakhstan as they visited many of the Jordanian scientific, cultural and artistic institutions.

Through diversification in the music between western classical and Kazakh Folk, the Eurasian Orchestra and Kazakh folk orchestra in the National Kazakh University of Arts built bridges of human communication through music with the audiences on Thursday evening which was held in Al Hussein Cultural Center, on the occasion of celebrations of Kazakhstan 20th anniversary of independence and the Presidency of Kazakhstan of the Organization of Islamic Conference this year.

The evening, which came under the patronage of HRH Princess Rahma Bint El Hassan and stretched more than an hour and a half hours of time, came loaded with the greatness of Western classical music on the one hand, and the uniqueness and creativity of Kazakh folk music on the other hand.

The first part of the evening provided by the Eurasian orchestra for the Kazakh National University of Arts led by Abzal Mukhitdinov and Bakhitzhan Mussakhojayeva, the young orchestra performed worldwide pieces ,The first was "Shalkyma" to Serkebayev which was a good start to the concert where the musicians showed empowered on instrumentalists, and attracted the public to them, despite the short cut of the piece , to be submitted later for “Aus Holbergzeit" for Craig Suite, that take the audiences to the worlds of wonderful classical music .

With the warm voice of violin and impressive performance that combines high-tech in play and a sense of delicate came the participation of the violinist the Professor Aiman Mussakhajayeva to amaze the audiences with her presence and performing in more than one piece such as "Introduction and Rondo capriccioso” for violin written by C. Saint-Sans and “Carmen fanatasy” for violin by Vaksman.

High clapping applaused in the theater as well as beeping, and how not as Mussakhajayeva took sights toward her by her performance by Maestro for her instrument and played with the orchestra with all love and understanding.

With Kazakh folk orchestra that named after Nurgissa Tylendiyev came the second part of the evening with different flavor and music presented with different popular Kazakh instruments by dozens of musicians who wore Kazak fashions dominated by two-color dark blue and blue.

A variety of songs and pieces performed by the Kazakh folk orchestra and within the different combinations of musicians. The pieces made by the orchestra, led by Dauren Glymov , are Turkish " Konyl Ashar" and Boorlashtar to N. Tylendiyev, the performance characterized as strong excellent performance and unity and compatibility of the players .

Of the songs that played was the song Nak Nak performed by Zhanabai Otegen with his distinctive voice and sincere style. While part of the audiences did not understand the Kazakh language, but they interacted with the songs submitted, and which also Serke's Kavatina sung by Azamat Zhyltyrkozov like operatic style, that had great interaction.

Audience, which included Kazakh Ambassador to Amman and a number of members of the diplomatic corps, in addition to many interested citizens and members of the community of Kazakhstan enjoyed throughout the evening performance.

During the second part of the evening the Kazakh folk orchestra drew humanitarian panel from the fragrant heritage, their history and instruments as they spread it to the audiences, who tested this human legacy, interact with it and enjoy it.

One of the surprises of the evening was the piece Akku made by a musician on a string national instrument and lady musician played on a line installed in her mouth and began playing on a string to become the machine her voice and range and impact, as the public continued this piece with interest and commended the performance of the duo in it.

One of the graceful and dynamic music tracks provided by the orchestra, led by Dauren Glymov was the piece Adai for Kurmangazy , the piece Nauayi for Dina and the piece Skyrlak of the Roman heritage, as well as other tracks.

Also one of the amazing tracks was Shashu played by group of playlists Serper Ensemble, where musicians sat on the stage (on their knees as one who asked a girl to her), and caught their instruments and extend way of playing on the strings of the instrument to export sounds with their fingers, and sometimes by clicking the instruments from several points in uniform and dynamically way that amazed the public.

In the piece of music Tatrys for Kyui two male and females musicians rotate to play on popular instrument in the beginning then to play together in harmony and large dialogue, while the other members of the orchestra encouraged them and praise their performance .. The scene was the earliest of hearing on lute in our culture. After encouraging of members of the orchestra and the escalation of the playing, all players participated in playing the piece in the mass spirit.

Thus the Eurasian Kazakh folk Orchestra painted different pictures of music and submitted in the evening with great innovation and diversification, and celebrated Kazakhstan celebration properly and donated to Amman public who accept the gift with great love.

The Kazakh National University of Arts was founded in 1998 and includes musical, technical school, and average institution studying in it about 2000 students , based on their teaching on (700) professor working on the preparation of qualified personnel and trained broadcasters, producers and filming technicians in the areas of film and television, as well as cadres of the theater, both drama and ballet that spread in the country.

The university associated with relations with many countries of the world such as England, Austria, Russia and Italy and is looking to enter the Arab world, which it consider the closest historically and doctrine to the people of Kazakhstan, which carry some of its men the message of Islam to Central Asia in past ages.
