Quiz “Around Britain”. (Викторина «Вокруг Британии»).

В игре принимают участие по 10 представителей из двух 7-х классов.

Задачи: повторить содержание темы «Соединенное Королевство Великобритании и Северной Ирландии»; научить учащихся пользоваться дополнительной литературой по английскому языку.

Подготовка: собрать дополнительный материал по Великобритании, подготовить

по 2 вопроса от каждой команды.

Оборудование: объявление об игре (кто, когда, где участвует), списки вопросов, секундомер.

Teacher (T): Good afternoon, children! Today we are going to play a game. Two teams will take part in it and there will be 2 games. Game 1 is called “Go on!” The task is to answer at high speed. If you do not know the answer you should say “Go on!”, as your time is limited.
