STATUS OF LIPID PROFILE, SYSTEM AND PULMONARY HEMODYNAMICS AFTER OBESITY SURGERY M.A. Volokh, I.G. Kurenkova, Yu.Sh. Khalimov, S.V. Kadin, A.F. Lesnyakov Military-Medical Academy, Saint-Petersburg Abstract. In this work were introduced the treatment results of 181 patients with abdominal obesity. The patients were divided into two groups. The first group consisted of 109 patients who underwent lipoaspiration or abdominaplasty with the further medicated correction. The second group consisted of 72 patients with abdominal obesity, treated conservatively without surgery. In the surgical group of patients, the mean pulmonary artery pressure was normalized; a positive dynamics in ischemic heart disease was marked.

The patients who were treated with conservative therapy had the pulmonary hypertension and the ischemic heart disease (IHD) in progress.
