Domestic bondissues

In 2001, 11 territorial subjects of theRussian Federation and 3 municipal entities floated bond issues. The issuersincluded Moscow, St.-Petersburg, the Volgograd oblast, the Irkutsk oblast, theLeningrad oblast, the Tomsk oblast, the Republic of Kareliya, the Republic ofKomi, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Stavropol Territory, the ChuvashRepublic, Volgograd, Novocheboksarsk, and Ekaterinburg (Table 30).
