The behavior of each person is defined by motives, the internal forces inducing the person to realization of certain actions. Motives are shown as reaction of a person to environment, external conditions, situations, etc. Each person has his or her own structure of motives, which is formed during his/her development. Motives are de-fined by person's needs and opportunities of their satisfaction. But, besides, interests, which reflect his aspiration to change the structure of the needs against a standard ideal understanding of a possible way of life in modern society, are inherent to a per-son. Interests give rise to behavior of a person in response to stimulus that is a motive of a special kind, that is, interest. Realization of interests is a part and parcel of any activity of a person.
