Legislative power isevaluated by a simple average of an average all-Russia level of its politicalpreferences (5 –УreformativeФ, 4 –УcenterФ, 3 –Уrightist centerФ, 2 – Уleftist centerФ, 1 – УconservativeФ) and the number of years remaining till the nextelections. Then, obtained indices were brought into one with correction factor:executive power index – 0,6, elite index – 0,3, legislative power index – 0,1.
